Your Primary Role and Key Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Banker, you will be the frontline ambassador for the bank, entrusted with expanding our customer base and fostering strong local relationships.

Drive Deposit Mobilization: Proactively engage with individuals and small businesses in the Ashaley Botwe area to promote the bank’s savings and deposit products, directly contributing to the bank’s growth targets.
Provide Community-Focused Service: Deliver convenient and personalized banking services directly within the community, explaining product benefits clearly and helping customers open new accounts.
Identify and Nurture Leads: Actively identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and diligently follow up on potential leads to convert them into active, loyal bank clients.
Build Trust and Relationships: Establish and maintain positive, trustworthy relationships with community members, becoming a reliable and familiar representative of Manya Krobo Rural Bank.
Educate on Financial Products: Educate potential customers on the various advantages and features of our banking products, tailoring your approach to meet their specific financial needs.
Represent the Bank’s Values: Uphold the professional image and core values of the bank at all times during field engagements, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Desired Attributes:

This role is designed to be accessible for driven individuals starting their career journey, while also valuing practical experience.

The minimum educational qualification required is a WASSCE Certificate.
Previous experience in a similar field-based role, sales position, or customer-facing position within the financial services sector is a notable advantage and will strengthen your application.
You must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with a diverse range of people.
You should demonstrate a persuasive and results-oriented mindset, with a natural drive to meet and exceed set targets.
You need to be highly reliable, punctual, and exhibit a strong sense of integrity in all your dealings.
You must be a resident of or readily familiar with the Ashaley Botwe area and its environs to ensure effective community coverage.
