Health Matters Eatery (H.M. Eatery) is a food and beverage business specializing in healthy meals. Our business goal is to serve clients with healthy meals in a healthy environment.
Job Description
Our company is into healthy food production. We currently have four branches located in different parts of Accra.
The Accounts Assistant will support general financial management of the company at the Branch level and at the Head office at Asylum Down.
The Company is also getting ready to start a new project which will operate alongside the restaurants.
Key tasks include:
- Entering sales data into excel sheet.
- Crosscheck branch sales records to identify variances.
- Track and record expenses accurately in the appropriate books.
- Support the preparation of monthly SSNIT reports.
- Crosscheck stocks of drinks to ensure that waitress and cashiers have entered the
- accurate records.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum Diploma in accounting
- You must be familiar with the use of Excel and any other accounting package.
- At least one year of relevant practical experience required.
