POSITION: BRAND SUPERVISOR

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE ROLE: 

The Brand Supervisor oversees the execution and effectiveness of brand strategies aimed at enhancing brand equity, boosting market share, and maintaining customer loyalty. The current holder of the position directs and assists a team of Brand Executives while working collaboratively across functions to implement cohesive marketing strategies.

This position calls for a robust leader skilled in brand management, market analysis, and campaign execution who can foster top performance and ensure consistency with the organization’s strategic objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

Without restricting the generality of the above, key duties of the Brand Supervisor encompass:

  • Guide, mentore, and oversee a team of brand executives in implementing brand marketing strategies.
  • Create and oversee yearly brand strategies, budgets, and marketing schedules in accordance with company objectives.
  • Assess and enhance brand and marketing strategies utilizing performance indicators and consumer data.
  • Manage the implementation of combined marketing campaigns through digital, conventional, and experiential pathways.
  • Carry out an analytical review of the brand strategy, focusing on sales results, market developments, and competitive stance.
  • Promote customer-focused innovation and discover growth possibilities within the product range.
  • Maintain uniformity in brand identity, messaging, and customer experience throughout all contact points.
  • Oversee and authorize the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
  • Work together with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with business requirements.
  • Observe market trends and consumer behaviour to guide brand positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee brand performance indicators and generate routine reports for upper management.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing with strategic planning, research activities, and leading the department.
  • Support the creation and execution of training initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to marketing policies, brand standards, and industry regulations.
  • Represent the marketing division in interdisciplinary project teams and efforts.
  • Assume additional projects or duties as assigned by the Marketing Director.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar area.
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of advanced experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Previous experience overseeing or guiding less experienced marketing personnel.
  • Proven capability to create and implement brand strategies and cohesive campaigns.
  • Robust leadership, communication, and group management abilities.
  • Outstanding project management abilities and a keen focus on detail.
  • Skilled in analyzing marketing data and assessing performance metrics.
  • Enthusiastic about developing brands, fostering innovation, and championing customer interests.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/platforms.
