POSITION: Customer Service Advisor
Position Summary
As a Blended Support (Gaming) Consultant, Advisor I with English proficiency, your role will involve providing outstanding customer support for the gaming account. Your position requires addressing customer questions through phone calls, live chat, email, and social media, providing prompt and efficient resolutions for account creation, verification, login problems, financial operations, platform usage, and technical difficulties.
Key Duties/Core Obligations
- Act as an informed advisor for clients in the sports betting sector.
- Address customer inquiries, grievances, and suggestions promptly through various communication methods.
- Deliver clear and professional communication while addressing customer issues.
- Establish and maintain customer trust by fostering interactive and transparent communication.
- Guarantee adherence to organizational policies, operational controls, and data protection laws.
- Provide suggestions for enhancing processes and optimizing services.
- Collaborate with coworkers, team leaders, and support functions.
- Refer complicated matters to the relevant department when needed.
- Ensure compliance with designated work schedules, including rotating shifts.
Applicant Profile
- Education: Preference for a high school diploma or a university degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Languages: Proficient in English (both written and spoken) at minimum C1 level.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of MS Office software, good typing rate, and computer expertise.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, flexibility, and analytical skills.
- Extra Attributes: Passion for sports, skill in clearly explaining complicated ideas, and an optimistic, client-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Readiness to work in rotating shifts, encompassing weekends and evenings.
