QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Bsc Agric or related field (2nd Class Upper)
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience with trading company/ FMCG
  • Proven successful retail store management experience
  • Strong sales ability, merchandising and supervisory skills
  • Proactive in-store planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across the country
  • An ideal candidate should have a combination of experience including supervision, sales, customer service and accounting work

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, train, supervise and assist shop attendants in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
  • Manage budget and achieve financial objectives
  • Identify and monitor customer requirements and competitor trends
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Ensure accurate inventory management
  • Own the brand management process
