As the first private cancer care centre in the country, we have built our reputation on a bold and unwavering vision: to become the leading innovator in oncology care. We achieve this by fostering a team of highly skilled employees who are deeply motivated to deliver the best possible patient outcomes.

Our mission extends beyond treatment. We are committed to contributing to vital cancer research and ensuring our patients receive the most effective and advanced therapies available. • Ensure Patient Safety: Guarantee that the correct dose and the correct drug are administered through the correct route to the right patient every single time.
  • Safeguard Against Errors: Actively safeguard against medication errors by strictly following SGMC protocols and procedures. You must understand that we employ complex regimens of potentially lethal drugs across various treatment settings. Consequently, you will bring any areas for protocol improvement to management’s attention.
  • Support Symptom Management: Provide critical support for symptom management by triaging patient problems, assisting in the evaluation of symptoms, and initiating timely interventions.
  • Maintain Compliance: Comply with all necessary international protocols and statutory obligations related to oncology nursing and patient care.
