Job Recruitment at Sahara Impact Ventures (SIV)
POSITION: Investment Analyst
About Sahara Impact Ventures
Sahara Impact Ventures (SIV) is a Ghana-based investment advice and impact fund management firm that invests in early-stage enterprises at the intersection of climate change and gender disparities in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The organization was created by seasoned African investment professionals who share the same passion and dedication to implementing the ‘Just Transition’ to Net Zero in a gender-responsive manner. We exist to collect investment funds to give patient capital and growth support to SMEs in the Global South, allowing them to expand beyond their borders and influence their communities in ways that patient capital would not otherwise be feasible.
Through our fund vehicles, we hope to address climate change’s impact on food security and gender inequality while also creating jobs for youth, increasing renewable energy access, and enhancing livelihoods in our target markets.

Sustainable food systems include food production, aggregation, processing, distribution, market access, consumption, and waste recovery.
Clean energy systems, including renewable energy, e-mobility, and clean cooking, as well as increased access to financial services, healthcare, and education.
Eligible businesses also receive technical assistance to help them prepare for investment and create value.
