Position: Office Sales Executive  

Reload Freight Global (ReloadSVC) is a dynamic logistics and freight solutions company shaping the future of supply chains across Africa, the USA, Canada, and Mexico. As we expand our presence in Ghana, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Office Sales Executive. This role is central to driving our commercial growth, managing client relationships, and coordinating key logistical processes to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Job Description and Key Roles

You will act as a vital link between our clients and our operational teams, ensuring seamless service from inquiry to delivery.

  • Client Coordination & Sales: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to distributors while identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Order Processing & Management: Handle the complete order processing cycle, from receiving client requests to ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Shipment Tracking & Communication: Proactively track shipments and provide regular, clear updates on delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage all essential shipping and customs documentation, including invoices and bills of lading, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Inventory Oversight: Assist in managing inventory levels in collaboration with operations to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and efficiently resolve any transportation issues such as delays or damages, maintaining client trust.
  • Cost Management & Quotations: Help manage transportation costs and prepare competitive, accurate quotations for clients.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Data Analysis for Growth: Analyze logistics and sales data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for service improvement and business development.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of commercial acumen and logistical understanding.

  • Key Skills: Exceptional attention to detail for accuracy in all processes and paperwork.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think quickly and implement efficient solutions under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
