Role Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related matters within our organization. You will maintain computer systems, implement security protocols, and provide essential technical support to staff members. Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance & Security

Maintain computer systems and software applications for optimal performance
Implement robust security measures against viruses and unauthorized access
Perform regular data backups and database management activities
Test and evaluate new hardware and software for organizational suitability

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
Assist users with computer-related problems across multiple platforms

Training & Development

Develop user guides and documentation for common technical procedures
