POSITION: Account Manager
Company Description
Publicis West Africa (PWA) is a regional hub that is very important. English, French, and Portuguese are the major languages that the agency works in. There are also a number of local dialects in the shops where we work. But it’s important to know that all communication within the Publicis network offices, both in person and via email, is done in English. The person in this job will be in charge of the agency’s finances in Ghana.
They should keep an eye on the big picture to make sure the money is used in the best way possible. Their acts have a direct effect on the agency’s income, growth, and reputation.
Job Description
Key tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administrative role
- Must make sure touch reports are done on time and are correct
- Files must be sent to Content Hub and Creative X.
- Make sure MAGGI Lionbox is up-to-date and well-organized.
- Set up talks and arrange calendars
- Make sure that both the internal and external weekly trackers are current, correct, and done on time.
- Make sure that all briefs are entered correctly in Chase and sent to the right people.
- In charge of delivering tactical briefings and helping with bronze and silver briefings.
Qualifications
Requirements / Experience / Skills
- Relevant college degree in the social sciences (business, marketing, or advertising).
- At least three years of experience working as part of a client services team in a reputable agency.
- Proficient with MS Office programs like Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- It’s important to know about and have knowledge with Chase TTL.
- Ability to use a plan that has been approved
- You should be able to speak and write English well, and knowing French is a plus.
- Good organizational and managerial skills
- Excellent time control skills
- Excellent juggling skills
- Strong skills in thinking and analyzing
