Role Title: O2C ANALYST
JOB PURPOSE
The person who gets the job will be in charge of keeping track of customer payments, solving problems with customer payments, and making changes for customers. He or she will help make sure that sales from retail shops are correct and that the numbers add up. The Commercial Reporting and O2C Manager is in charge of this job.
REQUIREMENTS UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
- Helps both internal and external customers with their needs every day.
- Work as a team to post customer payments with as few complaints as possible.
- Fixes any payments that were put in the wrong place or were given to the wrong customer.
- Settlements from third-party collectors are posted.
- Talk to a team in the organization if you need to in order to solve customer problems and balance accounts.
- Sends in reports on how much money the business made each day.
Required Skills or Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- At least two years of work in a job related to accounting and money.
- Part or all of an ACCA, CA, or CIMA education is a plus.
- Experience in a similar job before.
PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Strong people skills and the ability to talk to others.
- A lot of clarity and care for the details.
- Excellent skills at organizing, doing more than one thing at once, and managing time.
- Good at helping customers.
- Strong partner management.
- Exposure to a workplace with people from different backgrounds.
