Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Consequently, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to join our team in a remote contract role. This is not a desk job with micromanagement. You will have the freedom to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals that make a real difference. Responsibilities
As our B2B Sales Manager, you will own the entire sales cycle. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Your ability to understand client pain points and present Odoo as the solution will be key to your success. You will work independently, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet your sales goals.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Strategic Sales Development
- Identify and Pursue Opportunities: You will proactively seek out B2B sales opportunities across target markets. You will build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Develop Targeted Sales Strategies: You will create and execute sales strategies that resonate with specific industries and business sizes. You will tailor your approach for maximum impact.
- Conduct Thorough Market Research: You will stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs. You will use this intelligence to refine your approach.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Reach Out to Prospects: You will initiate contact with potential clients through various channels. You will build rapport and interest from the very first interaction.
- Create Compelling Proposals: You will develop proposals that clearly articulate the value of Odoo for each prospect. You will address their specific challenges and goals.
- Manage Client Relationships: You will nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond. You will become a trusted advisor to your clients.
- Close Deals Confidently: You will negotiate effectively and close deals that benefit both the client and the company. You will celebrate every win.
Collaboration & Performance Tracking
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: You will work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly. You will advocate for your clients internally.
- Use CRM Systems Diligently: You will maintain accurate records of all sales activities using our CRM tools. You will track progress and measure performance.
- Analyze Sales Data: You will review sales analytics and reports to identify what is working and where to improve. You will continuously refine your approach.

To excel in this role, you will need:
Core Sales Expertise
- A strong background in B2B sales, client relationship management, and lead generation. You have a proven track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and using insights to create targeted sales strategies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You can sell complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
- The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet sales goals in a remote environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and reporting platforms. You let data guide your decisions.
Preferred Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of the Odoo platform is a significant plus. You know what it can do and why businesses need it.
- Prior experience in the SaaS or software solutions industry will make you an even stronger candidate.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
