POSITION: Local Account Manager

Role Overview
The Local Account Manager will oversee key client relationships within the country while working closely with regional and global teams. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle a range of responsibilities that drive both client satisfaction and business performance:
Sales and Relationship Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with assigned clients
- Ensure smooth account operations and consistent service delivery
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and improve client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement agreed service improvements
- Review account performance regularly and recommend actions for growth
- Support the execution of global and regional client strategies at the local level
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Business Development
- Implement strategies to grow existing accounts and attract new clients
- Understand client needs and match them with appropriate banking solutions
- Develop structured engagement plans for key decision makers
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Participate in joint sales activities to increase business volumes
Credit and Risk Management
- Assess client risk profiles and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support credit application processes and provide relevant information
- Monitor developments that may impact client financial standing
- Maintain alignment with agreed pricing and credit structures
- Protect valuable client relationships while managing risk effectively

Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Between two and five years of sales experience, preferably within corporate or wholesale banking
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of financial products and corporate banking services
In addition, candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
