GRATIS Foundation, an institution under the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOTI), invites appropriate and qualified Ghanaians for the following positions:

1. Account Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Administration – Accounting, Finance, or B.Com Accounting or similar discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience at a respectable institution.
• HND in Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a recognized institution after graduation.
• Level 2 ICA (Ghana) or equivalent, with three years of post-qualification experience, will be advantageous.
• Ability to produce final accounts is crucial.

Location: Bolgatanga.

2. Senior Training Officer

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, metallurgical, or related) or an equivalent technical qualification
• Demonstrated experience in training and development, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, ANSI, ISO 45001, and relevant standards.

3. Senior Technician

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of related post-qualification experience.
• HND in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of Mechanical Engineering Craft Practice (MECP) Part 1 or Mechanical Engineering Technician (MET) Part 1 or National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) Trade test Grade 1, with a minimum of 6 years related experience
• GRATIS-trained technicians have a craft certificate from the Ghana Education Service/Technical Examinations Unit and at least 8 years of related experience.

4. Manager, Design Unit

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a similar discipline with at least three years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing or engineering services.
• HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering services.
• An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering) and experience operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines will be advantageous.
