ROLE: Record Management Clerk 

Key Responsibilities

  • Making and keeping a records management system
  • carrying out data input tasks
  • Existing records must be updated.
  • Keeping company archives
  • When needed, retrieving information from the file system
  • Keeping logs up to date, including information about file changes and who has access
  • Creating digital reproductions of physical records by scanning and uploading files
  • Copying and filing incoming and outgoing physical correspondence
  • Routine verification to guarantee the integrity of the filing system

Qualification Experience & Qualifications

  • Higher National Diploma (HND)/Degree
  • Working knowledge of a multitude of computer programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
