ROLE: Record Management Clerk
Key Responsibilities
- Making and keeping a records management system
- carrying out data input tasks
- Existing records must be updated.
- Keeping company archives
- When needed, retrieving information from the file system
- Keeping logs up to date, including information about file changes and who has access
- Creating digital reproductions of physical records by scanning and uploading files
- Copying and filing incoming and outgoing physical correspondence
- Routine verification to guarantee the integrity of the filing system
Qualification Experience & Qualifications
- Higher National Diploma (HND)/Degree
- Working knowledge of a multitude of computer programs.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
