Overview of the Position

As a UI/UX Designer, you will take charge of creating and enhancing the user interface and experience of our digital offerings. You will collaborate intimately with product managers, developers, and various stakeholders to design smooth and captivating user experiences. Your responsibilities will include grasping user requirements, developing wireframes and prototypes, and crafting visually attractive interfaces that are in line with our brand and business objectives.

Main Duties

User Research:

Perform user research to comprehend user requirements, actions, and challenges.
Examine user input and behavior to determine aspects that need enhancement.
Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design choices.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to clearly convey design concepts.
Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for user evaluation and stakeholder assessment.
Refine designs according to user input and test outcomes.

UI Design:

Create attractive and cohesive user interfaces that adhere to brand standards.
Develop design systems, style guidelines, and UI elements to maintain uniformity throughout products.
Work together with developers to guarantee precise execution of designs.

UX Design:

Create easy-to-understand and user-friendly designs for navigation and interaction.
Make certain that the user experience is smooth and fulfills user requirements and anticipations.
Perform usability assessments and collect input to enhance and develop designs.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to outline and execute creative solutions for product strategy, design, and user experience.
Engage in design evaluations and offer helpful input to colleagues.
Convey design concepts and prototypes to developers and interested parties.

Continuous Improvement:

Keep informed about the newest trends, methods, and technologies in UI/UX.
Consistently strive to enhance the design process and provide top-notch designs.

Qualifications

Experience: Over 2 years of expertise in UI/UX design, complemented by a robust portfolio highlighting your projects.

Technical Abilities:

Skill in Figma and other design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalents is advantageous. Familiarity with prototyping software such as InVision, Axure, or comparable tools.
A fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
Capacity to operate in a high-speed setting while handling numerous projects at once.
