Job Title: Senior Lecturer

Position

Mountcrest University College (MCU), located in Kanda, Accra, invites applications from highly qualified and experienced academics for the position of Senior Lecturer. We are seeking distinguished professionals to join our faculty in the following key disciplines: Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Ghanaian Languages, and Foreign Languages. Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following rigorous academic and experience criteria:

Option 1: Possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in a relevant field of specialization. Additionally, you must have a minimum of five years of teaching and research experience as a Lecturer in a reputable university or a comparable tertiary institution.
Option 2: Hold a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) or a Research-based Master’s degree in a relevant field. Furthermore, you must demonstrate at least eight years of substantial teaching and research experience as a Lecturer in a comparable institution.

In both cases, a proven track record of scholarly publications, curriculum development, and academic leadership will be a significant advantage. Moreover, a strong commitment to student mentorship, innovative pedagogy, and community engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities
