JD-Link Oil Company Limited is looking for a diligent individual to fill the position of Filling Station Supervisors within our team.

Responsibilities

The station supervisor will be in charge of running the service station daily, supervising employees, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements, maintaining inventory levels, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing financial reporting.
Work with the area manager to hire, recruit, and train filling station employees.
Assign, schedule, and monitor the task of station staff filling.
Always maintain a positive customer relationship at the filling station.
Create and manage a marketing strategy to enhance filling station patronage.
Provide event feedback to management to improve service quality.
Prepare and report to management on daily station activity.
Ensure complete adherence to all legislation, industry, and corporate rules.
Maintain stock and material inventory controls.
Always maintain appropriate housekeeping procedures.
Receive daily sales records, maintain documentation of sales and pump attendant droppings, and deposit all sales into the company’s bank account.
Oversee petty cash and all cash funds at the gas station.
Conduct relevant tests with prior consent from management to ensure the station’s seamless operation.
Report technical issues to management as soon as possible via the area manager.

Applicants must have an HND or degree in Marketing, Accounting, Procurement, Purchasing, Supply, or similar fields.
Applicants must be 30 years or older.
At least two guarantors are required.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively and efficiently
Understanding of safety and environmental regulations and ability to ensure compliance
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
