We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will present and promote our products, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Present and promote our products to existing and potential customers with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that drive results.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective selling techniques.
- Identify new prospective buyers through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts and email newsletters, to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Track marketing metrics, log all sales activities, and update the CRM system daily to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Education: HND or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital campaign management.
