POSITION: Tricycle Sales Representative

Coscharis Ghana Ltd was founded in 1992 as part of Coscharis Motors Ltd’s strategic initiative to create a robust distribution network throughout the West African region for the import and distribution of authentic automotive spare parts and accessories for Japanese vehicles, along with various automobile-related products.
The company started its operations in 1993, focusing on Auto Spare Parts distribution, and has since engaged in a range of distributive ventures. Nonetheless, it was the obtaining of the Abro franchise for Ghana and the approval of the Ghanaian government’s license for the enterprise to import lubricants into Ghana that propelled Coscharis Ghana Ltd completely into the market. Since then, Coscharis Ghana has established Abro as the top brand in the country’s Auto Care sector.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Key Requirements:
- Excellent skills in sales, marketing, and managing customer relationships.
- Applicants must also have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in van/tricycle sales or similar areas. A valid driver’s/motor license and the capability to handle routes and time efficiently (essential).
Detailed Requirements:
- Collect market and consumer data and offer insights on purchasing patterns.
- Anticipated to operate within schedules and fulfill due dates.
- Show capability to market products or services, comprehend customer requirements, sustain favourable connections with clients, and execute marketing tactics.
- Requires practical experience, skill in organizing and implementing sales routes effectively, and familiarity with trading in the Greater Accra.
- Should be aged between 19 and 30 years.
- Having the ability to propose creative concepts for the sector can be an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, especially in van/tricycle distribution roles, is beneficial.
- Should be proficient in two or more local dialects (Twi/Ga – required).
- Driving Abilities: A legitimate motor/driver’s license and experience operating a tricycle or comparable vehicle.
Education
- A WAEC/diploma/HND or its equivalent is usually necessary, or a relevant field can be beneficial.
