The Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and certified Air Conditioning Technicians to join our professional team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician passionate about HVAC systems and committed to delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for servicing a wide range of home and office air conditioning units, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and reliability.

Job Description

As a core member of our technical team, you will manage the complete service lifecycle for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

First, you will install, maintain, and repair various residential and commercial air conditioning systems with precision.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently to minimize system downtime.
A primary duty involves performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure long-term system performance.
Furthermore, you will ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and regulations.
You will also provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly with clients to explain issues and recommended solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate is a certified professional with practical field experience:

A minimum of two to five years of hands-on experience as an AC Technician.
A valid NABPT (National Board for Professional Technicians) certification or an equivalent recognized qualification.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration principles.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A valid driver’s license is preferred for service calls.
