Acorns to Oaks is a respected Christian International School located in Kwabenya, Accra. We are currently expanding our dedicated team and are recruiting passionate and qualified Teachers for the upcoming academic period. We invite educators who are committed to nurturing young minds within a values-based learning environment to apply for the following specialized roles:

Available Teaching Positions

We have openings across our preschool and primary divisions for subject-specific expertise.
Preschool Teachers: For Nursery 1, Nursery 2, and Kindergarten 1 (KG1) classes.
Lower Primary Subject Teachers: Specialists in the following core subjects:
Creative Arts
Religious and Moral Education (R.M.E)
Science
History
Twi Language
English Teacher: Specifically for our Junior High School (JHS) level.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates will possess a strong educational foundation and practical classroom experience.

Hold a Private Teacher Trainee Certificate, Diploma, or a Degree in Early Childhood Education or Basic Education.
Have a minimum of two years of proven teaching experience in the relevant field or subject area.
Demonstrate a passion for teaching, child-centered pedagogy, and the ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
Exhibit strong communication skills, professionalism, and alignment with the school’s Christian ethos and values.
For subject teachers, deep knowledge and the ability to creatively deliver the specified curriculum are essential.

Salary and Location

We offer an attractive and negotiable salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience. All positions are based at our campus in Kwabenya, Accra.
