Job Summary

This role places you at the helm of our microfinance activities. You will supervise, coordinate, and manage the efforts of Microfinance Officers to ensure effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and quality growth of the microfinance portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

Portfolio Management

  • You will monitor the performance of the microfinance portfolio and take proactive actions to arrest default. Early intervention keeps our portfolio healthy.
  • Overseeing the disbursement and recovery of microfinance loans in compliance with bank policies requires both rigor and flexibility.

Field Support & Training

Collaboration & Reporting

What You Bring to the Role

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Six years of experience in microfinance, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
