Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first and main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our micro credit products, loan terms, and application procedures.
- Efficiently process client applications and guide customers through each step with clarity and professionalism.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive service experience every time.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records within our database systems.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and credit teams to ensure smooth service delivery from inquiry to disbursement.
- Actively collect customer feedback to help our company improve its products and overall service quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills
You must possess a minimum of a Higher National Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communication, Finance, or a related discipline.
- You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear customer interactions.
- You need strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
- You must have good organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to manage multiple customer accounts.
- You should exhibit basic problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively.
- A willingness to learn about microfinance and credit processes is essential.
