Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will architect and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting organizations with 200+ professional employees. You will leverage multiple channels to build a robust opportunity pipeline while positioning IWG’s full suite of flexible workspace solutions to meet evolving corporate needs. This position demands a strategic thinker capable of managing end-to-end sales processes in a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development
- Generate profitable new revenue by identifying, prospecting, and converting enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline across multiple sectors and geographic markets
- Execute strategic outreach through direct engagement, industry events, and referral partnerships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through successful contract closure
Strategic Account Management
- Create and implement detailed account plans to expand wallet share within strategic accounts
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships to understand client objectives and challenges
- Translate complex client requirements into tailored workspace solutions that deliver measurable value
- Collaborate with real estate advisors and consultants to enhance market visibility and opportunity flow
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with regional sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Gather and share critical market feedback to strengthen product-market fit and go-to-market strategies
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts, performance updates, and activity reports to leadership
- Continuously identify and implement sales process improvements to enhance effectiveness
Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B prospecting and complex solution selling environments
- Demonstrated ability to independently source and qualify enterprise-level leads
- Strong understanding of long-cycle deal management and enterprise buying journeys
- Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and structuring sophisticated negotiations
- Background in commercial real estate, enterprise services, or flexible workspace solutions
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets through self-generated pipeline development
