The Opportunity

We are now seeking a passionate and results-oriented Health Promotion & Business Development Officer. This unique role is designed for a professional who can expertly merge public health insight with commercial strategy. You will lead our corporate marketing and client acquisition efforts, directly impacting our mission to promote wellness across Accra.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal position, you will have a direct influence on our clinic’s growth and community presence. Your core duties will include:

First, you will develop and execute innovative, integrated strategies that combine health promotion with effective marketing to expand our client base.
You will actively build and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, fitness centers, and key community stakeholders.
A central focus will be driving client acquisition and retention, specifically for our corporate wellness programs and individual service packages.
Furthermore, you will plan and manage targeted public awareness campaigns to elevate the visibility of Vitality Health 360’s services.
Additionally, you will represent our brand at relevant corporate and community events to foster engagement and enhance our market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of relevant education and practical skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Proven professional experience in healthcare marketing, corporate wellness, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
A demonstrated track record of building successful partnerships and meeting growth targets.
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
Current residence in or around Accra is required.
