We need a talented REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS SEGMENT in ACCRA, GHANA. This person will be in charge of sales.
Responsibilities
- The candidate for this job will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead Power Generation Business in Ghana
- Lead the business of making power in the NWA cross-border
- Visit countries on both sides of the border and meet with dealers and important customers to build relationships.
- Develop and carry out a plan for growing Cross Border’s business, since we depend on dealers to bring us business.
- Create and implement a business growth plan for Ghana
- Work with the Ghana sales team and the Cross Borders PG team to get 15% of the market by the end of the year 2025.
Requirements
For the candidate to do well in this job, he or she will need:
- 7–10 years of experience in selling Power Generation.
- Engineer or MBA with a lot of sales experience in the Power Generation industry. Started out as a sales engineer and worked their way up to a sales manager position.
- It will be a plus if you can speak French.
