We are looking for a skilled INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in ACCRA, GREATER ACCRA, and GHANA. This person will be in charge of sales for our distribution business segment.

Responsibilities

In this job, you will make a difference in the following ways:

• Help people who are selling goods or services from Cummins throughout the sales cycle. May find and take advantage of sales chances on their own.
• Handles unwanted calls from prospects that come in and turns them into sales.
• Finds ways to sell the company’s goods and services. This may involve getting leads through the phone or other technologies or cold-calling prospects who were found through outside sources.
• Builds and/or keeps good ties with customers that lead to customer loyalty and/or more sales.
• Uses tools and methods from Cummins, like the Cummins Sales Process and Customer Relationship Management systems, to make sure that sales data, reports, and forecasts are correct.
• Follow the company’s rules about how to handle customer complaints about the company and its goods and services. Problems with customer transactions are looked into and fixed.

Requirements

For this job to go well, you’ll need the following:

• Advanced certificates or a college degree in sales or marketing are needed, or an acceptable mix of education and experience.
• Experience as a quote analyst or in another job that helps with sales is a plus.
• Having experience with tools for customer relationship management is a plus. It would be a plus if you had experience with other software-based sales and business tools.
• Having a basic understanding of DBS (SAP) tools would be helpful.
