Responsibilities

Plan, design, and implement engineering and building services maintenance programmes across managed premises
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety regulations, and contractual performance standards
Lead and line-manage supervisors, engineers, and maintenance teams across multiple sites
Oversee specialist medical engineering systems, including medical gases, pressure vessels, and decontamination equipment
Act as nominated officer for Legionella management, energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental programmes
Manage asbestos compliance, registers, correspondence, and remedial actions
Allocate and control human, financial, and physical resources to achieve service targets
