POSITION: IT Sales Executive

Role Overview
This position is a full-time, on-site job for an IT Sales Executive based in Accra. The IT Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, account management, and advertising IT products and services to both new and current clients. Every day involves spotting prospective clients, building connections, meeting sales goals, and working with the IT and support teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Main Duties
- Project Planning and Execution: You will be tasked with creating sales strategies, establishing targets, and implementing plans to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
- Solving Problems and Making Decisions: Tackling client requirements, overcoming sales obstacles, and choosing wisely to achieve positive results.
- Cooperation with Diverse Teams: Engaging closely with marketing, technical departments, and customer service to guarantee smooth client interactions and sales workflows.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Offering support to junior sales personnel, cultivating a constructive team atmosphere, and demonstrating through actions in reaching sales targets.
- Enhancing Processes and Innovation: Recognizing opportunities for optimizing sales procedures, applying creative sales strategies, and keeping up with industry developments.
- Technical or Customer-Facing Tasks: Interacting with customers to grasp their needs, providing IT solutions, performing product presentations, and resolving technical inquiries.
Requirements
- Expertise in IT Sales and Lead Development
- Expertise in Account Management and IT
- Effective communication abilities
- Capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a similar field.
