Job Purpose & Responsibilities
- This role is tasked with driving our expansion nationwide by aiding in capital-efficient network growth and ensuring the success of both new and existing centers.
- Expand our network by collaborating with investment partners, landlords, and associates in a capital-efficient manner.
- Boost revenues by enhancing the conversion of sales leads and accelerating sales expansion across various brands.
- Creating awareness and enhancing visibility of the IWG partnership offer in the market by establishing B2B connections.
- Transforming commercial negotiations into finalized agreements with assistance from the IWG legal team.
- Devoting a considerable amount of time in the field, creating leads, engaging with customers, and finalizing deals.
- Comprehend customer requirements to recommend suitable solutions and products.
- Engage with current customers to enhance their satisfaction and seek chances to offer extra products and services.
- Grasp the regional market to guarantee competitive pricing.
- Act as a robust brand representative, connect with the local business network to acquire market insights, and create sales opportunities.
- Comprehend the external competitive landscape to guide our strategies.
- Marketing space in both current and newly established centers nationwide, applying your negotiation expertise to foster significant, enduring relationships and finalize agreements while consistently seeking the next opportunity.
- Regularly evaluate your market and actively seek out new opportunities.
Necessary Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Proven sales and business history of generating profitable expansion.
- Extensive experience in B2B solution/service sales and business development.
- Proven history of boosting top-line sales, enhancing results on a monthly basis.
- An active strategy for networking within corporate circles to create new opportunities.
- Collaborates with clients to comprehend their requirements and discover answers to their issues.
- Demonstrated capability to create, oversee, monitor, and finalize sales and pipeline prospects.
- Driven, independent, determined, and eager to become part of a team with substantial growth goals.
- Capability to inspire and lead sales teams while guaranteeing they possess the necessary resources and receive adequate training.
- Track and evaluate performance via precise and prompt reports.
