Requirements

While specific requirements will differ for each function, generally speaking, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Tier 1 brokering is required for the majority of jobs, although Tier 2 is adequate in most cases.
  • 1 to 10+ years of insurance-related experience (Brokerage, Insurance, Claims)
  • Personal lines, property, business packages, liability, and financial lines are among the classifications to which one may be exposed.
  • Previous experience overseeing the processing and documentation of the portfolio, administering claims, and responding to customer requests—all aspects of insurance brokering, or brokering administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and bargaining skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a collaborative environment Knowledge of office procedures and IT
  • Some familiarity with Officetech, Sunrise, ibis CBS, and Winbeat.
