Job Duties

Design and implement hybrid IT hosting solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
Provide architectural guidance for infrastructure initiatives to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
Conduct architectural reviews to maintain security, scalability, and compliance standards across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient IT hosting services consistently.
Define policies and frameworks for virtualization, container platforms, and storage systems effectively.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of eight years of experience working with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix technologies.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work within matrix and global organizational structures effectively.
Experience designing and managing enterprise-level infrastructure solutions across multiple environments.
Ability to travel to various North American locations as required by business operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex infrastructure challenges effectively.
