Indonesia Introduces Unified Portal for Visas, Customs, and Health Declarations

Indonesia has unveiled an innovative digital platform called All Indonesia. This new system streamlines immigration, customs, and health forms into one online application. Currently in testing at key airports and ports, the full rollout is expected by the end of 2025.

Traveling to Indonesia will become significantly more convenient. The All Indonesia system consolidates all required arrival forms into a single location. Instead of navigating multiple websites, international travelers can now complete immigration, customs, and health declarations in one simple form.

Overview of the All Indonesia Portal

If you’ve visited Indonesia previously, you’re familiar with the process. Travelers must apply for a visa-on-arrival or an online e-Visa and complete two essential declarations:

Each step required its own separate platform, which could be quite cumbersome. Constantly switching between different sites led to confusion and errors. The All Indonesia system aims to eliminate these issues. With this portal, you fill out one form, and you’re done.

Current Availability

The launch of All Indonesia began in July 2025 at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Currently, the system is being tested at the following locations:

Airports
  • Bali (Ngurah Rai International)
  • Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta International)
  • Surabaya (Juanda International)
Seaports
  • Batam Center
  • Batam Nongsapura
  • Bengkong
  • Citra Tritunas
  • Sekupang
  • Teluk Senimba

More locations are set to join the system by the end of 2025, ensuring a smoother arrival experience for most international travelers by 2026.

Processing Time

Indonesian officials estimate that completing the process takes about 2.5 minutes. You can fill out the form up to three days before your arrival. Best of all, this service is completely free. After submission, you will receive a QR code via email to present upon arrival.

Requirements for Form Completion

To fill out the All Indonesia form, you will need the following information:

Personal Details
  • Nationality, full name, date of birth
  • Passport number and expiry date
  • Phone number and email address
Travel Plans
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Visa, KITAS, or KITAP number (if applicable)
Transport Information
  • Flight or vessel details
  • Airline or ship name
  • Airport or port of arrival

  • Name or address of your hotel or residence
Declarations

  • Recent countries visited
  • Items you are bringing (e.g., food, electronics)
  • Number of checked bags

Accessing the Portal

You can access the All Indonesia portal through the official website at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or download the app from:

  • App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • Select “Foreign Visitor” when you begin the process.
Additional Forms Needed

If you arrive at an airport or port not currently listed, you will still need to submit the SATUSEHAT health pass and complete the e-CD customs form. However, once All Indonesia is fully operational nationwide, it will replace both forms.

What’s Next?

The trial phase of All Indonesia will continue until the end of 2025. Following this period, the All Indonesia Arrival Card will become mandatory for all international entry points.

Conclusion

Indonesia is committed to simplifying travel by transitioning to a single digital entry form. Although still in testing, this platform is already available at several major entry points and is designed to be quick, easy, and free. If you plan to visit Indonesia soon, check if your arrival airport supports All Indonesia. This could save you valuable time at immigration and customs.
