Ibn Haldun University MEDIT And ACI Ph.D. Scholarship (Turkey)

The MEDIT / ACI Ph.D. Scholarships 2023–24 are now accepting applications at the Turkish university Ibn Haldun. For students who are interested in pursuing their Ph.D. education, a scholarship is available.

Description of the scholarship:

International students are eligible for these scholarships from all around the world. Students who want to study for a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Turkey are strongly urged to submit an application. The Turkey Scholarships are fully financed scholarships offered for the 2023–2024 school year.

Students from all around the world can enroll in the doctoral program in civilization studies offered by Turkey’s Ibn Haldun University. Scholarships that cover both tuition and stipends are available to international students participating in this program.

Ibn Haldun University, which was founded in 1996 and is located in Istanbul, Turkey, enrolls students from a variety of racial and ethnic origins. The university is committed to providing its student body with a top-notch education.

Benefits of a scholarship

• The majority of costs associated with studying in Turkey are covered by the MEDIT / ACI Ph.D. Scholarships 2023–24 at Ibn Haldun University in Turkey.
• For the academic year 2023–2024, the tuition for the four-year Ph.D. in Civilization Studies program is 12,000 USD.
• Scholarships, which offer varying degrees of tuition fee waivers, are given consideration for all applicants.
• In addition to receiving a tuition fee remission, successful applicants may be appointed as research assistants or teaching assistants. A monthly stipend of between 3500 and 4200 TL may be awarded to those who have strong academic and language abilities.
• The scholarships cover the four-year Ph.D. program’s duration as well as the time needed to learn Turkish and Arabic (up to one academic year).
• The scholarships are available for nine months out of the year, but not the summer.
• Married students and/or Ph.D. candidates who have successfully completed their comprehensive exams may be eligible for the Summer Scholarship, which provides a stipend for 12 months each year.
• Scholarships and assistantships are renewable on an annual basis.

In the event of academic failure, scholarships may be examined and terminated by the Education Evaluation Committee.

• Students who wish to apply for a Ph.D. program may apply for the scholarships.
• Civilization Studies is the specialized area of study for the Ph.D. program at Ibn Haldun University.
