PURPOSE:
Hire, train and retain top-quality talent with a focus on overall employee productivity
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on recruitment planning
- Establish requirements by studying organization plans and objectives Fill open positions efficiently and effectively.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
- Ensure employee attrition is lower than industry numbers Formulate performance tracker and division wise training plans
- Come up with innovative reward and recognition programs Take care of all general administration and housekeeping tasks
- Manage attendance, payroll, and all regulatory compliances
Experience: 5 to 10 years in Courier / Logistics / Transportation
Location: Accra, Ghana
QUALIFICATION
Must be a graduate in human resources or in a related discipline with excellent oral and written communication skills
