At L’ainé Service Limited, the job of HR Officer is open. The above company is looking for people to work for a construction company. The person who gets the job will be based in Accra.

Responsibilities

  • Find applicants online through channels that match the needs of each job.
  • Take charge of and do employee onboarding.
  • Manage performance management processes.
  • Organize and go to job fairs and recruitment events, and take notes and other paperwork from interviews to share with important people.
  • Estimate the department’s hiring needs for the next three and twelve months.
  • Keep in touch with past applicants and people who might apply again.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management or a similar field are required.
  • Three(3) years of experience in a similar role that is relevant.
  • Credentials for professionals, like those from the HR Certification Institute
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to find candidates in a proactive way
