Duties and Responsibilities of HR Jobs
Recruiting and Retaining:
- Representing the employer at job fairs and interacting with the public while extrovertedly and positively promoting the organization’s brand and professions

- Plan the organization’s team rewards every two months.
- Oversee the weekly initiatives for life milestones, anniversaries, tenure recognition, and condolences.
- Manage the content of our “Para Verse” Friday email, staff contests, polls, and other activities that have a direct influence on culture.
Relations with Labor:
- Consistency in the interpretation and implementation of the collective agreement is ensured by offering daily direction and counsel.
- Participates in the collective bargaining process by investigating labor relations-related subjects, including case histories, relevant laws, workplace concerns, grievance-related trends, and historical practices, and by offering suggestions for negotiation tactics. Additionally, it creates language for collective bargaining agreements, assesses proposals and the costs and advantages they entail, and produces additional negotiation materials.
- Represents management in appeals, labor and classification complaints, accelerated arbitrations, and other dispute resolution processes.
- Actively participates in talks to address common labor relations concerns and makes an effort to build and maintain connections with union leaders and authorities.
- Participating in meetings, monitoring developments, and preparing responses are all part of grievance management.
General Duties:
- As needed, you can be asked to take on additional, irregular projects or activities.
- Creating and updating policies
- Participation in the creation of material for our social media accounts and website
- Creating our globally renowned culture
- Control the HRIS system.
- Collaborate with all coworkers to create a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications of HR Jobs in Canada
