Job Duties

As an HR Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Manage the full recruitment process for local and foreign staff.
Handle applications for Work Permits (WP), S Pass, and Employment Pass (EP).
Liaise with various stakeholders, including government authorities and management.
Prepare employment contracts and safety briefings for new hires.
Organize necessary training courses and coordinate accommodation for employees.
Maintain comprehensive personal files for all staff members.
Collaborate with supervisors to collect and process timesheets.
Ensure accurate payroll processing, including overtime and allowances.
Handle employee welfare claims and related inquiries.
Ensure strict compliance with MOM regulations and other legal requirements.
Manage government submissions and prepare necessary HR audits.
Report on workplace incidents and maintain housing standards compliance.
Address grievances and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
Arrange for medical visits, insurance claims, and other employee assistance.
Work closely with Project Managers and Safety Teams to monitor project progress.
Conduct site visits to address deployment issues and ensure compliance.
Maintain updated HR databases and trackers for efficient operations.
Prepare and present monthly reports on manpower, turnover, and payroll costs.
Support management with data-driven insights for HR decision-making.
Support improvements in HR policies and procedures.
Assist in audits and the implementation of HR Management Systems (HRMS).

Job Requirements

3 to 6 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to manage sensitive employee information confidentially.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
