Ghanaian musician and business man, D-Black born Desmond Blackmore has revealed how Dr Kwame Owusu Fordjour popularly known as Dr UN convinced them enough for them to accept the fake UN/Kofi Annan Awards.
In an interview with Zionfelix on the “Uncut Show” D-Black disclosed that he was in America when he recieved an email forwarded to him from one of his aides in Ghana.
According to him, he directed his workers to inform him of any other message from them and they informed him for him to add to his agenda.
D-Black stated that he was positive because the name Kofi Annan was attached to the awards so he got persuaded enough with the notion that the award is truly coming from the United Nations.
He narrated that along the line, he sent names of the people he will be attending the awards with and they sent a booklet which will enable him enter with his team to the ceremony.
The booklet which was in place of the tickets of the ceremony, according to D-Black, delayed a bit and that he said made him run out of patience. He said he doubted a bit when the tickets did not come on time.
He continued to narrate that at the event, the coordination by organizers made him feel that something was wrong somewhere.
He mentioned that he met personalities like Sarkodie, Nathaniel Atoh, and many others that day. He also expressed that he was quite disappointed with what they experienced that day.
He said that on the Programme line up, the Vice President, Minister of Defense and other dignitaries were supposed to give speeches but were not present at the award ceremony.
He added that Dr Fordjour’s composure and bad English speaking forced them out from the venue at a point.
