Help Desk Executive Job Opportunity at Digital Concepts Limited
Job Description
- Firstly, respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
- Secondly, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Thirdly, research questions using available information resources
- Then, advise user on appropriate action
- Also, follow standard help desk procedures
- Moreover, log all help desk interactions
- Last but not least, administer help desk software
- Finally, follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
Qualification Required & Experience
- learning skills
- Then, customer service orientation
- Also, problem-solving
- Most importantly, HND
- In addition, team interaction
- Afterwards, planning and organizing
- Lastly, 3 years work experience
