Job Description

  • Firstly, respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
  • Secondly, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Thirdly, research questions using available information resources
  • Then, advise user on appropriate action

  • Moreover, log all help desk interactions
  • Last but not least, administer help desk software
  • Finally, follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
