Eligibility Requirements
Candidates are required to:
- Be registered at a university during the internship duration (July–August 2025).
- Possess a background in biological sciences, bioinformatics, or a similar area.
- Keep a solid academic performance.
- Show competence in English (both spoken and written).
- Be engaged in their undergraduate studies (having finished a minimum of two years) or enrolled in a master’s program.

Participants have the option to select from a range of innovative research projects offered by top laboratories, such as:
- Bonev Laboratory (Gene regulation and chromatin structure)
- Cabianca Laboratory (Epigenetics and genome arrangement)
- Marr Lab (artificial intelligence in epigenetics and transcriptomic)
- Schmoller Laboratory (Regulation of the cell cycle)
- Schneider Laboratory (Molecular pathways in development)
- Scialdone Lab (Biologia computazionale ed epigenetics)
- Torres-Padilla Laboratory (Research on stem cells and chromatin dynamics)
Interns will choose three (03) labs of interest in their application, with placement decided based on availability and preference.
