Job Duties or Obligations
Provision of Care:
Under the assigned supervision of registered nurses, provide the patient and family with tailored care while adhering to care plans and performing risk assessments.
Perform a range of clinical care interventions, including stoma care, after obtaining the required training.
To improve patient care by learning and using decision-making skills independently.
Aid in assessing the dangers to clinical health and safety.
Demonstrates good discretion and judgment in an emergency.
Inform the senior nurse at the hub of any changes in the health of the patients or their families.
Provide the patient and their family with emotional and psychological support while organizing any referrals to additional hospice services.
