We are currently seeking an Appointment Setter for a sales process, responsible for setting introductory appointments for our outside sales team to meet, review and promote IT Management Solutions with business prospects.

This position makes 900-1200 outbound calls weekly, using specialized appointment setting software. You will be tasked with qualifying new leads and setting appointments with identified client decision-makers (DMs) within those qualified businesses. Most often the DM will be the CEO.

You will document new communications, actions, and qualifying information into our lead database, improving the efficiency and efficacy of future appointment setting pursuits.

We pay competitive compensation and benefits with a commission structure with no caps for deal wins generated from inside sales leads. This position will report to our Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet established goals for setting qualified appointments
  • Expected to meet goal regardless of the number of dials per day, but typically makes 130 or more quality dials per day.
  • Call into lead lists to first identify, then pursue and set prospect appointments on behalf of MicroMenders business Principals.
  • Track and record all activity in lead development and appointment pursuit
  • This is an office position.
  • Work start time is 1:00 PM and the shift ends at 10:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred\
  • Experience and interest in working in the technology services sector are preferred, but not necessary.
  • Energetic self-starter who is proactive results-driven and committed to creating new business.
  • Experienced Appointment Setter preferred. You must possess the unique passion required to be successful in an appointment setting role.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Consultative Selling Style
  • Comfortable and effective when speaking to Business Owners and C-Level Management
  • Adept at Cold Calling, Networking, and Prospecting
  • Ability to Build Client Relationships Over the Phone
  • Special preference will be given to candidates with telemarketing experience

Starting salary: 2250ghc
