GreenTomatoMedia is a dynamic player in the mobile gaming industry, and we are expanding our dedicated App Store Optimization team. We are seeking a talented Mobile Games ASO Manager to enhance the visibility and download performance of our diverse portfolio of games. This role is perfect for a data-driven professional passionate about mobile apps and digital marketing.

In this position, you will directly influence our growth by optimizing store listings and implementing strategies that boost organic downloads. You will join a collaborative, international team where your contributions have a clear and measurable impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be central to our user acquisition strategy, focusing on these core areas:

Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies to increase app visibility and conversion rates across major app stores.
Conduct extensive keyword research and optimize metadata elements like titles, descriptions, and subtitles.
Collaborate closely with our Creative Director, designers, and copywriters to develop compelling app icons, screenshots, and video previews.
Build, manage, and automate processes for updating and maintaining our extensive keyword databases in over 20 languages.
Meticulously track and analyze key performance indicators, including keyword rankings, download volumes, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of all optimizations.
Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving app store algorithms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in App Store Optimization, with a proven track record in keyword research, metadata optimization, and performance analysis.
A strong passion for mobile apps, games, and the digital marketing landscape.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large volumes of data to inform decisions.
Conversational English skills to collaborate effectively in our international team environment.
A high degree of autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
