The Government Priority Health Infrastructure Projects under the AGENDA 111 is seeking to engage Sub Consultants (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) for the construction of healthcare infrastructures in some 88 districts and 6 newly created regions of the country.
The project is being implemented by a Project Coordinator who will head a coordination unit for the project and as part of the project management, supervision, and monitoring plan, eight consultants have been engaged to provide construction supervision services for the various sites.
Due to the scope and scale of the construction programme, the project is divided into eight (8) zones. The eight consultants have been engaged as the Lead Consultants and each of them shall be responsible for one zone.
Each zone shall consist of at least 14 sites.
Each Consultant shall be required to have a full-time site presence with a full complement of technical staff including Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Biomedical Engineers.
Each consultant shall be responsible for contract management on behalf of the Employer/ Project Coordinator and issue instructions to the contractors and manage variations and drawing revisions amongst others.

MINIMUM CRITERIA (Competency and Expertise Requirements):
Professionals interested in being selected and engaged for this assignment must be recognized by their respective professions as having met the qualification standards of their profession.
In addition, the professionals must have at least fifteen (15) years of prior experience in supervision of multiple infrastructures (preferably but not limited to healthcare) or such similar assignments, in areas of comparable scale, scope, and circumstances as envisaged above.
