The Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) welcomed foreign nationals to apply for the Fully Funded Mexico Government Scholarship 2023 on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

- Letter of academic acceptance from the receiving Mexican institution or the HEI’s response to the admissions application (see the acceptance letter’s section on requirements).
- The fifth document is a letter pledging a return to the nation of origin.

- Copy of the birth certificate, position
FULLY FUNDED SCHOLARSHIPS DEADLINES IN JUNE 2023
- A color, open book copy of a current passport or a photo ID from the government.
- A copy of the medical certificate stating that the applicant is in good health and has been granted by a public or private health facility no more than 3 (three) months prior to the presentation of the application.
- If Spanish is not the applicant’s first language, they must submit a copy of a certificate attesting to their advanced proficiency in the language from a university or other educational institution in order for them to be accredited. This certificate must guarantee a minimum level of B2 according to the Common Framework of European Reference.
- Letter in which the applicant asserts, under penalty of perjury, that the information given is accurate.
- All paperwork must be submitted in Spanish or with translations into Spanish.
Eligibility Requirements
- Students with nationalities from any of the aforementioned nations may apply for a scholarship.
- Applicants who do not currently reside in Mexico.
