As a senior data analyst, you will help our product and business segments in the growth and engagement domains make causally sound, evidence-based decisions. You will work with analysts, engineers, designers, and product managers across departments to create a strong data mindset and a culture of constant learning and growth.

Duties of Germany Senior Data Analyst Jobs with Visa Sponsorship

Firstly, you will set clear and measurable targets based on an initiative’s scope.
Second, you will lead end-to-end high-complexity research on a strategic level, where the business domain is key to the company’s overall performance.

Requirements for Senior Data Analyst Jobs in Germany with Visa Sponsorship

Firstly, you must have considerable experience utilizing causal inference techniques to quantify genuine business impact beyond surface-level KPIs.
Second, you need to be able to plan, carry out, and assess experiments (A/B, multivariate) and observational studies when they are not possible.
Third, you need to be good at SQL and Python/R for analyzing data, running experiments, and making models.
