We are a well-established leading player in the freight and logistics sector and growing rapidly in Ghana and within the sub region, we provide end to end logistics solutions at all sea and airports. We have vacancies for results-oriented and self-motivated persons and invite applications for the following roles: GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Location: Tema.

ROLE DEFINITION & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensuing Leadership & Organisational Effectiveness in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure alignment of company operations in line with the vision, mission, values and culture.
• Financial Management: provides leadership to ensure a solid cash flow projection, budget preparation and implementation with quality assurance, cost reduction and reporting.
• Organisational and People Matters: in conjunction with the teams ensure appropriate manpower levels consistent with organisational requirement and the development of the workforce.

Relationship:

• maintains external contact with appropriate public and private sectors.

QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

• A first degree in Business Administration from a recognised university. An MBA or suitable equivalent from a recognised university will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of fifteen years work experience, 5 years at a senior management level.
• Experience in the Shipping and Logistics industry and working in ISO certified environment is an added advantage.
