Job Duties

As the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the booking of MOTs, services, and repairs efficiently.
Distributing and controlling workload for a skilled team of technicians.
Keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s service status from start to finish.
Handling customer queries professionally, both in person and over the phone.
Producing accurate invoices for all completed work efficiently.

Job Requirements
